Noisy, without much signal – that's the unfortunate feel of the 2021 tome Noise: a Flaw in Human Judgment. Authors Daniel Kahneman and Cass Sunstein are semi-celebrity scholars; their co-author Olivier Sibony less so. Their joint work here lacks coherence, stylistic sparkle, or novel substance.
