Bespoke

 

Another one of those strangely captivating words: "bespoke". It means custom-made, and especially applies to clothing that is specially tailored to an individual's order, not made from a pattern or modified from something pre-built. Besides clothing, bespoke can be used to describe any custom-made object or system. As [1] notes, it "... looks rather strange, because it's an adjective formed from the past tense of the verb bespeak ..." which itself is rather obscure. All I know is, I like it!
