Some more things to discuss eventually, taken from my offline list of random notions:

• the "Scheme Underground", a semi-disorganized effort to recruit young programmers to the Scheme dialect of LISP
• what's the proper amount of societal investment in science, engineering, art, etc.?
• Walter Van Tilburg Clark's book The Ox-Bow Incident — both excellent and depressing, a mix of pictures and lectures
• some of my old Hypercard stack projects: works of Shakespeare, Roget's Thesaurus, the World Factbook, ...
• the Optical Theorem, relating the imaginary part of the forward scattering amplitude to the total cross section of the scatterer
• the Mormon Temple near where I live, lit up at night: a public statement of belief and beauty — like some web pages?
• Instants and Interrupts: "Rule Cancer" in the fantasy-card game Magic: The Gathering — excessive growth in complexity and resultant fading of fun and playability
• how nice sometimes not to have a car radio (or other distraction), and thus get a chance to actually think once in a while
